MathCrap is a math tutoring and study-help brand operated by cuteenglishteacher LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company ("we," "us"). By using mathcrap.com, downloading anything from it, watching our videos, or booking a session, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or book a session.

What we offer

We provide test-prep study materials (such as the free cheat sheet), short educational videos, and one-on-one online tutoring sessions for SAT, ACT, and GED math and related subjects. Sessions are booked through a Google Calendar booking page linked from this site and held online by video call.

No guarantee of results

We work hard to help you improve, but test scores depend on many things we don't control, including how much you practice. We do not guarantee any particular score, grade, admission, or outcome. Our materials are study aids, not official test content.

Booking, payment, and cancellations

• A session is confirmed once it appears on the booking calendar and you receive a confirmation email.
• Session fees are stated at the time of booking and are due before the session begins unless we've agreed otherwise in writing.
• You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, and no-shows, may be charged the full session fee.
• If we have to cancel, you'll receive a full refund or a rescheduled session, your choice.
• Sessions start and end at the scheduled time; arriving late shortens your session and does not extend it.

Students under 18

If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must book the session for you and agree to these terms on your behalf. We may ask that a parent or guardian be reachable during the session. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; see our privacy policy.

Your conduct

Be respectful in sessions and in comments on our videos. We may end a session or decline future bookings, without refund, if a student is abusive, harassing, or asks us to complete graded work on their behalf. We do not do your homework, take tests for you, or help with anything that would violate a school's or test-maker's rules.

Our content

The cheat sheet, practice questions, videos, and everything else on this site are ours (or used with permission). You may download and use them for your own personal study, and you may share a link to this site. You may not resell them, repost them as your own, remove our name from them, or use them in a course or product you sell. Teachers and tutors who want to use our materials with their students can email us; we usually say yes.

SAT is a registered trademark of the College Board. ACT is a registered trademark of ACT, Inc. GED is a registered trademark of the American Council on Education. None of these organizations sponsors, endorses, or is affiliated with MathCrap, and none of them reviewed our materials.

Third-party services

Booking runs through Google Calendar, and our videos are hosted on TikTok and YouTube. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, which apply when you use them. We are not responsible for their availability or how they handle your information.

Limitation of liability

The site and its materials are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our sessions, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the session in question.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top tells you when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Brunswick County, North Carolina.
